If you require an estate account, business account, joint account, or other special account--just go somewhere else. This branch sends customers away rather than acquire knowledge in order to be of assistance. Save yourself an extra step and skip them. We will be moving our account.

This bank is always low on staff only 5 people working today and 3 of them are tellers. I've been waiting well over an 1.5 hours just to open a checking account for my som, avoid coming into branch if you can I'm really thinking about changing banks SunTrust banks are coming hard to find in the area.

This is a great bank. The staff is nice and I've never had any negative experiences with SunTrust (unlike so many other banks). SunTrust is a great bank for small business owners.

The SLOWEST SunTrust location in the area. Prepare to sit in the drive thru line for at least 30 minutes to an hour
