*** While I never was able to get through, the company they provided billing for was able to quickly and easily resolve the issue. I never did receive a reply from them. Upgraded to a neutral 3 star. *** They do not answer phone calls or respond to messages so that we can pay a bill. I highly question their claim that they provide "a higher level of service for all of our customers" as claimed on the contract with the manufacturer we purchased through. I will be glad to change this to a positive rating pending a response from CIT Group.
