I gave my daughter money to buy a car radio. The pawn shop sold her one that the face wouldn't raise up which was ok with her because she only wanted to use it for blue tooth. When she put it in the truck it didn't have any sound. They would not give her money back because it was sold as is. I understood that part but that was because of the face. Andra the whatever she is was rude and ask me leave the store. How can people just take your money and not make it right. I will never go there again and hope you don't.

Very upset because my husband pawned my wedding ring. I have the money to get it out but since my husband was in a total lose truck accident at livestock on bypass he was life flighted to roanoke for surgery. Then arrested on discharge. They will not give me my ring because I don't have the receipt when my husband didn't have permission to pawn it. Avoid this place the girl who answered the phone was only worried about having a complaint on her.

Wanted to put no stars but have to put one just to write a review my husband have dealt with this one and the one in Roxoboro my advice do not put anything on layaway they will not return your money however your receipt does not say this and if you one day late you lose all your money with no store credit they not good people to go to go to Riverside pawn or Candice and Dustin instead they are fair however quick cash pawn. these people don't mind taking your money and you get NOTHING

Been here a few times and was actually Satisfied overall. The staff was friendly and threw a few laughs in during the pawn of my items and pick up. I have nothing negative to say about this pawn shop. I am very pleased so far. Good job quick case pawn of danville va
