I worked with Elizabeth this week to obtain a loan.
Absolutely the best experience ever! She honestly went above and beyond her required duties to assist me. Just one example, she emailed me phone numbers when she could have very easily told me to look up the numbers myself.
She is very professional, extremely respectful and courteous. I will recommend her to anyone!!

Where to begin….
It frequently takes ~20 minutes to get someone on the phone. Their website is the opposite of user friendly. You can’t set up automatic payments on a loan through their website, yet they have a new policy to charge $13 to pay them over the phone with a debit/credit card. I guess this credit union is the only one in 2022 that you still have to pay through the mail.

If I could give less than a 1 star I would. I don’t even live in this area but I must say If I did I would have the news doing interviews at this place for the terrible treatment of how they treat the customers, especially those who are black customers. My mother was trying to finalize a car yesterday and received the rudest service I have ever experienced in my life. First they changed the original approval amount of her loan, once they had already told her she was approved for one amount and the car had been purchased. Then the gentleman that was assisting her spoke to her like she was nobody and then didn’t even make sure she got the through services or understood how to properly send the payment. This place needs to be stopped and the gentleman that spoke with my mother yesterday needs a serious coaching. I will also be escalating this complaint to the BBB. If you don’t want to help people properly then maybe you’re in the wrong career field.
