Pat Holland was an amazing mortgage lender! We talked to two other lenders before Pat and we kept feeling pressured to expand our budget and take out a larger loan. Pat listened to us from the first time we spoke to him and was extremely helpful throughout the process. He has a good balance of explaining what we need to know as a first time home buyer but not overwhelming us with unnecessary information.
