Absolutely by far one of the best loan companies you can ever deal with I have very low credit and they worked with me I also was placed out of work for a period of time and Traci helped me use my short term disability insurance to my advantage . Traci is one of the best people I have met and the entire office is great and caring keep up the great work

Great people only problem I have is not being able to contact anybody on Saturday for a payoff request on my auto refinancing loan so that I can trade my car in while I'm off. Interest rate is too high and can it be lowered regardless of how good your credit has become. They are great when that is your only option for a loan.

Duncan Honda recommended that I go to the Fairlawn office in 2016 to get a loan for a vehicle, because they personally couldn't get my payments where I wanted them to be. I met Heather, and she worked her butt off for me for two days, and pulled so many strings to make sure I could afford the payments. I paid off the loan recently, and am getting ready to go back to get some vacation money ;-) And my credit score looks good, too. Interest is high of course, otherwise I highly recommend this place!

Very professional, after completing application online, and speaking with Travis over the phone, I was instructed in exactly what I needed to bring. Very short time in office and transaction was completed. Very low key and down to earth.

I wouldn’t recommend working with Ashley. She was very unprofessional, and didn’t know how to do anything without having to ask a manger every single step. A simple task that should have taken 30 minutes took 4 entire days. If you have the ability, go somewhere else.
