Worst Virginia credit union branch I have ever been to in my life. Denise lacks training and education in the banking department. Doesn’t know what checks to deposit I had to call vacu personally on the phone and have them train Denise on depositing the check. So after wasting 2 days. I finally got Denise to deposit the check. This morning I closed my account with Virginia credit union after being a member for over 8 years. Stay away from this bank The manager is never there and the bank lacks training.

They are great but there is one nasty person who is not personal at all . She was eating while talking to us and spitting her food when she tried to talk. She also very very rude and Disrespectful.

Wonderful people. Great place to bank! Got my car refinanced there and it was a very easy process!

This bank is a scam . They scammed my mother a senior citizen. The fees are unreal and they are misleading about the balance. Go to another bank and do yourself a favor. This bank should be investigated
