I would give it five but this locations Associates do not call you until after a late fee has applied. This is a serious issue that I have tried to address time and time again to no avail. A kind demeanor only goes but so far, it would be nicer if you would save me money but no you are too lazy. For this reason and this reason alone I am disappointed in my current office. Danville office is best.

If i could give no stars I would. Ive been trying to get my title for almost two years now. This company never wants to help me especially since my loan was paid off in January of last year. They told me they never took my title as collateral but when I spoke to the DMV, their system showed there was still a lein on my vehicle. What a mess. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They do not own up to their mistakes. I had to call corporate just to get some help. I filed a complaint against this branch. Unprofessional and horrible customer service.

Great Experience here.. David helped me get what I needed all by communicating over the phone and sending in documents electronically… Highly recommend

Refuses to do business as a company should ...in person..refuses to do business over internet...insists on following non existent covid protocals...when infection rate is under 0.0005% in local area...that issue has never existed in this area....it was all a scam....called corporate claimed local sites do not even exist...bad business F-rated in most areas

DO NOT RECOMMEND at all. Not sure what kind of people they have working there. Was given the wrong date to pay off loan and now having to pay extra $1500 which is absolutely unacceptable. 7 days past the payoff date because of customer service that doesn’t obviously have a clue causing that much of an extra amount. DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE!!!!

Words cannot express the experience we had with Lendmark Financial! Leon was the BEST! He kept us laughing all the while conducting necessary business. Literally from the first time we spoke on the phone up until the very last signature was needed! Hands down the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time! So happy to have been in good company during this process!
