Dena was amazing she guided me in the best decisions in regards to the refinance process and at the same time wasn't pushy. She worked around the clock outside of the traditional 9-5 hours to answer all my questions even on the weekend. If there was something she was not sure of she was honest about it and consulted with her team to ensure you provided the correct answer. Also Valerie was amazing she also worked around the clock and made the final steps in the process so easy and comfortable for my family and I. The are truly a amazing team and I look forward to doing business with both of the them in the future. We have worked with Scott on two home loans now, he was there when we bought our very first home and now was there for our second home purchase! We were selling and buying at the same time, so that was a fun situation to say the least. Working with Scott was fantastic! He was professional and informative at every turn. I cannot say enough about John and Tammy Reid and the entire staff we worked with at Embrace! My husband and I worked with Embrace to buy our home in 2020. We had tried working with other mortgage lenders that had been referred to us, but we quickly became frustrated and it seemed like they did not want to help us. We walked into embrace off a whim, and John made time for us on the spot. He answered all of our questions, and treated us like family. And one of our family friends has also purchased a home with John's help. Tammy is the most kind hearted person! She is organized, detail oriented, and made sure we got the attention we needed. Even after we closed, they have been available for questions and guidance.
