The lender Adam was given details of the property prior to applying for a USDA loan for new time buyers. The property shows that it is a house that doesn’t qualify for USDA. However, he tried running it anyways out of ignorance and the potential buyers took a credit hit due to his negligence. After months of delays and corner cutting he now wants to charge his clients $150 to do a rapid credit score lift to fix the buyers credit when the only reason they are currently out of scope is due to the hit for USDA he neglectfully applied for when he should’ve known better as a “broker”. Now that he is trying for FHA the buyers asked for a new broker with this company and they refuse to let anyone else expect for Adam help them get financing after the reason they need help was due to his mistake. This is wrong of them on so many levels and I hope Adam learns how to do his job before hurting other people.

I rarely if ever leave a negative review, but this loan office is so badly run I'm not sure how they're still in business. They have delayed our closing four times, and frankly seem unable to function as needed. First time around they were simply not ready and seemed to have totally disregarded the stated closing date. After a 2.5 week delay, they suddenly discovered (after more than 50 days under contract) that their own clients (the buyers) were not even eligible for the VA loan they had been supposedly working on that whole time. So after many promises and apologies we rescheduled settlement for another week later. Now, days after that, there have been two more delays for no clear reason except errors on their part. It's like their underwriting department is a magical fairy that we're waiting to be charmed into granting the settlement. At this point it's clear that the loan officer's assurances are worthless and that their entire office is incompetent to close this loan. If you want to actually buy or sell a house, avoid this company.

By far the best company I have used. I was in the loop with everything, I didn't even have to ask. Very professional staff, I could go on and on. I encourage everyone to use New Dominion Financial!!!
