Try calling national debt relief do not waste your time with this place (Update I received a letter in the mail today saying that I was denied for my auto loan I do not apply for an auto loan I applied for a personal loan it said the reason I was denied was because I did not make enough that's not true the person they're in my information only ran one pay stub then she came back and said that I was denied because I did not make enough they wanted to see what I would make for the year however over the phone they only asked for one pay stub.) disappointed was lied to and I felt like they just wanted to shuffle me out the door.I was told that I qualified for the loan I was looking for I just had to come in and fill out some . I was excited this was the news my husband I needed to hear it was our last hope. So I leave work early to try and make it there on time on my way and they called to make sure I was still coming they called half an hour early before my appointment the sign on the door says they close at 5:30 my appointments at 4:30 the lady I spoke with said they close at 5 and that if I wasn't there by 4:40 they would have to cancel my appointment most of my documents were denied because she didn't like the way the dates were laid out on them so I figured okay I'll look for another bill I found one and when everything was said and done she only looked at my last past 6 months of income their system requires them to look at 1 years worth of income so she completely missed 6 months and told me I no longer qualified for the loan I was looking for that I qualified for 1 that was barely even a fifth of what I asked for and was told I did qualify for they also had a card for a little bit of money back for referral which the same lady give my husband to give to me and have me fill it out and turn it back in she told me they couldn't accept it because we live together but she already knew this I do not trust this place I had a bad feeling when I went in there because I knew as soon as I saw the door I had been lied to
