I bought an amp here today and went to take back literally 20 mins from purchasing. The gentlemen who had helped me didn’t bother explaining the store policy to me that supposedly your suppose to sign at the end of the transaction. Needless to say after speaking with Diego he told me it’s our store policy and would not accept back the merchandise I had purchased. I asked for the owners name and he refused to provide it to me. In addition I asked to see the receipt that I had supposedly signed which I never did. Rather than making a simple solution he had told me to come back tomorrow and deal with his boss. I get policy is policy but you would think from a legal standpoint if you do not sign a receipt that arbitrarily states there policy then clearly it’s useless. Its just sad to see a business trying to hang on to $150, especially from a customer who has made previous purchases. What ever happened to customer satisfaction, customer loyalty? Clearly it means nothing to these guys. It’s unfortunate to say I will not be dealing with this establishment anymore. I strongly advise to the owner who ever he is to have a detailed training on customer service with his employees. Any future people looking to buy from this place just be cautious upon your purchase. As a tip make them explain there “ STORE POLICY” even though it doesn’t say they are not responsible to do so. Best of luck!

Will not give price per ounce they are willing to pay for an ounce of solid gold. Rude and hang up and refuse to give the managers or owners name. Not legitimate nor professional.

Hey, I love guns, and I deal mostly with one guy there that offers great loans or deals in purchasing. Unfortunately, most of the other workers(and apparent owners?) have a bit of a cut-throat attitude when running late with a payment or informing of due dates. I know they are a business, but the gun industry cannot be so obtuse in negotiations and give or take. So, I enjoy seeing the possibility there for guns- being a legitimate outlet -but cannot vouch for other many products there. They've saved my bacon many times, and I am at least grateful.

That guy William couldn’t be more wrong. They always look up the going price of used games then sell for a lower price. He should not have posted that negative comment. Go and see for yourself.
Here is another one for you. read what this guy said, I will add it to the bottom.
I pawn there and when I do they give me a Pawn Receipt that plainly spells out all the terms and conditions. It states when the pawn is do. This is a loan and my gun is collerderal just like your mortgage and the house id the collerderal or the car loan. Banks, mortgage companies and other lenders do not contact you to remind you that you are late. It is a grown ups responsibility and when you do not pick your item up at the end of the 30 day loan, they keep the collerderal.

Best guys to go to when your in a pinch or just looking for something reasonably priced. Very polite and professional staff. Our favorites that we always end up dealing with are Todd and Ernesto. These guys are fantastic at what they do and always look out for our best interests when we come in for a visit. I just cannot say enough about these two men. If y’all get to read this review, we love you and hope your boss realizes your worth as well and ups those wages for all the business you bring into his or her Fredericksburg VA location 😘
