This bank is set up to rob! Do not bring your assets here. Fraudulent activity or overdrawn account notification is sent by mail to physical address listed on account's file. No phone, email or text notification! By the time the mail arrives account has multiple fees and activities that the bank would not resolve making it client's problem and responsibility. Bank closes at 4pm. No phone service available outside of business hours making it impossible for working day jobs people to communicate regarding their account relatied issues.

I recently refinanced my auto loan with them for a better rate. Becky was so helpful and easy to work with. She emailed me every day with updates and anything that she needed from me. When I got to our appointment she had everything ready to go and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes! Awesome service and I appreciate that she respected me and my time. I have banked here for 37 years and this was one of the best experiences I have had. Thanks FRFCU!

They have great loan rates but that’s all I can say. You can’t make a loan payment online. Service at the windows is VERY SLOW. And at present, only one branch is open and only two drive through windows have a teller. It just took over 30 minutes to make a loan payment at the drive through.

I've banked with Front Royal Federal Credit Union for over 20 years. They truly have our community at heart. Their loan officers (Rebecca and Amber) are top notch and their process couldn't be quicker or more easy.

5 stars, I've been there for years, Always pleasant friendly and most certainly %100 accurate, Renee is top notch, she has always been right on the money. This is the place to keep your money. 2.6 stars is by no means a realistic rating for this institution. 5 stars all the way.

Amber ,Wendy and everyone at the north royal branch of the Front Royal Federal Credit are wonderful, caring ,professional providers of a service to their customers which is seldom encountered today in the finiancial world. They have made banking easy for an older ,non tecnology edjucated, excentric woman .Protected me from a scam that could have wiped out a lot of my resoueces ,and listen to my needs with patience and respect. I would recomend the FRFCUnion to everyone with banking needs large or small. They have made my life so much easier I apreciate them so very very much .
