Jody Severini is your guy! He was extremely helpful through the whole process and very proactive. In particular, he called the listing agent when we put in an offer to verify with them that we were good for financing. He went the extra mile every single time and you can't ask for a better person to work with you when buying a house. As for Caliber... They have the best rates anywhere, period dot. They easily beat the competition by. 25-.5% or more on every type of loan we checked. Definitely recommend!
