I went into this branch needing a document that was requested by another financial establishment I am working with. I was very disappointed in the customer service I received. When explaining what I needed (and even showing the electronic letter I had from the other financial establishment) I was met with irritation, unfriendliness and an assumption that I didn’t know what a direct deposit form was. Ultimately, Sparkle was able to provide the closest to what I needed that was available and explain why they couldn’t provide exactly what was requested, ending the experience in a professional manner. As a small business owner committed to providing excellent customer service myself, I left feeling offended and angry.

Rhonda was amazing. Very friendly and answered all my questions and met my needs. I am looking forward to seeing her any time I make transactions. Thank you Rhonda.
