I originally opened an account with Springleaf and in a different region of Virginia. Refinancing, even though the previous company had been absorbed and so now I was dealing with a different company and I was at a different branch, was a cinch! Can't say enough good things about the team here. Dealing with Whitney, even in a post-Equifax data breach financial market, was soooooooo easy!
