TruPoint Bank, Grundy, VA

I have to say at first I liked the bank, but now I have to say it's completely horrible.. our account has been hacked multiple times and our cards shut off for no reason.. and when our account was hacked for a larger amount and the bank says that it's not there problem, so we'll definitely be switching backs ASAP

They don’t know how to answer the phone I guess. Some of the workers there always seem to have a bad attitude.
