I have been working with this Credit Union for the last 5 years. Since day one they make everything easier to me, their mobile app is getting better with every update. Is an excellent Bank , They have the best team. All the employees are so friendly

I got solar on my house and mosaic was the bank. Solar company told me there are 2 loans. Low interest for construction, and a high interest for panels. Solar company said pay the loan with the tax credit asap so u don’t have to pay the interest that is deferred for 18 months. So I did. Or thought I did. 18 months later I get a new account number with all the Interest added in. I was confused because I paid the money into the loan. They told me that was for the construction loan, not the panel loan. I said I never received any information to pay off the second loan. So it is impossible for me to have paid it. They admitted on phone which is recorded they never sent me a confirmation email or access to that loan. I wanted to negotiate a payoff there to get rid of the 9k added to bill but they claim they do t negotiate. All banks do by the way. It’s actually the business they are in. Conclusion, this bank is into usury, and taking advantage of the consumer. I asked if this was common for them and they did not answer, didn’t think they would. Calls are recorded. Do not use this bank. If a company uses them for loan, find a new vender. You will live to regret using this bank.
