With so much negativity in the world, I get an opportunity to share some good! Yesterday I called in (with much anxiety) and was assisted by Lisa. Lisa was extremely patient, kind, and was able to assist me right away. This was my first customer service experience with this company and I am happy to say it was positive! I did call back this morning to speak to her manager and was not surprised to learn she has heard this before. Well Done Lisa!! Excellent customer service skills! Keep it up!

No loan forgiveness. The customer service leaves much to be expected. The CSR I spoke with was fairly nice and understanding (I lost my job due to covid) . They don't take partial payments and right when I was about to get off the phone his "Supervisor" came on the line and basically tried to berate me into paying with money I don't have. Very unprofessional. Loan shark mentality. I definitely plan on transferring my car loan ASAP. If you get a loan through these guys please do yourself a favor and refinance as soon as possible.

Very unprofessional and rude. I see why the CSRs are that way when the "manager" is rude as well on more than one occasion. Will NEVER go with this company again. Looking to transfer my auto loan now.
Wouldn't have given them 1 star if I hadn't had too.

Had them for 5 years was late twice I told the lady once but she said no sir twice in 5 years and the late fee is ridiculous no forgiveness or thanks for paying on time through covid. Soon as I'm past the late day when they charge me they wanna call. They did it when covid first came around to make sure now they dont care one bit. Never again I would uber before buying a car from them. Now I finished my loan they "mailed" me my title USPS got lost and is untraceable now its up to.me to go to the mva and pay for my title. Something that important wouldn't you ship.it with tracking info moe anybody can have my title smh

Morris and Brian were extremely helpful with trying to figure out a credit report which I thought was fraudulent. Turns out my dealership reached out to them because of their very competitive rates. Given their professionalism, they took their time to explain a letter we receive advising they could provide us with a fair or similar rate. These C&F team members went out of their way to assist a none customer. That's enough to win my business next time! Thank you Brian and Morris! Job well done!

I recommend this company, ask for Paige Kuhlmey, she's been a great help, responds back quickly and I feel like this company isn't out to get you for what they can, they're really on your side. That's rare. I appreciate good honest people!

Let me start off by saying I have never received such amazing customer service. I was assisted by Cheryl last 4 direct number is 8073 ( identification purposes) she was so patient, empathetic, kind and so courteous. I can literally cry from what all I have been through, but her patience and understanding and even guidance was not only needed but very much appreciated. It almost felt as if I was speaking with someone that I knew personally. I’m so happy that I was connected with someone so amazing, I will always remember how kind and patient she was with me at my most vulnerable moment. Thank you so much Cheryl.
