I had a great experience with One Main, I really enjoyed working with G. He was VERY helpful and we connected as fellow motorcycle riders LOL. Everything was very easy.

My experience with One Main Financial in Herndon was nothing short of fantastic because of one person, Jee Lee. He went way beyond what could be expected in helping me secure the right loan for me, and in explaining all the details prior to and during the closing process. On a scale of 1-10 I give him a 15!!!! Don't hesitate to explore your loan possibilties with One Main. You'll be surprised how accomodating they can be! Thanks again Jee!!!

Be very careful. I only came to check the status of my first approval. After telling me the application was closed, I left then came back to a reapply.. Katelyn Lacroix is a shady character denies applicant from applying because she believes he said business loan. Went from asking me what was the reasons for my loan, then to no we cannot proceed because I said "business loan" (which is a lie I said personal business purposes). When she asked me to be more precise after I told her it would be emergency and consolidating bills, I might of said business but not business loan. But she swears I said "BUSINESS LOAN" and that's the reason for denying me from applying. So please beware or record your conversations from now on. This is exactly what happened. Why am I fighting someone for loan putting words in my mouth just to take my title and get paid off my back(Interest). Everything happens for a reason and you don't deserve my business. Profiling and disgusting. Out of character.

I would NOT recommend this at ALL!!!! I’ve never felt so STUCK!!! Interest rates are too high. I pay 350, and only $40 goes to my account; the rest is interest. If I pay before the date, I still get penalized for not delivering on the due date. EVEN THOUGH THE PEOPLE ARE KIND AND RESPECTFUL. Customer services is good.

I am 120% Disabled Post Traumatic Stress Disorder Woman Marine Corps Veteran and had my car loan with Marine Federal Credit Union. I transferred my loan from them due to totally lousy service to OneMain Financial in Manassas, VA and they have been absolutely terrific! They truly KNOW how to treat a customer with respect, caring and true concern. I have never, ever had a bad experience or encounter with the great office staff at OneMain. All of the transactions are made online and effortless to complete and submit. I want to give a shout out to MARK!!!!!!! Thanks so much and they are the BEST BUSINESS I have ever had the pleasure to experience! Thanks OneMain!

Wow! I'm still sitting in the parking lot reflecting on my experience! CARTER WAS GREAT! He is easy to talk to, knowledgeable, honest! He even helped me with my wifi!
