Service: 10/10 Excellent, fast and professional Cleanliness: 10/10 Spotless and sanitary Staff: 10/10 Pam helped my girlfriend open an account and was so nice, helpful and efficient. Definitely took the mundane out of it. Atmosphere: 7/10 Very nice place, small but welcoming Busy: 7/10 Steady but not crowded, which is nice for a bank Value: 8/10 They have a nice setup for starting an account. When you don't want to order checks, they give you 4 free ones just in case. Overall: 8/10 I would recommend this place solely based on superior staff and customer service, but the bank itself should issue a temporary card until your debit card comes in the mail, and make the online banking a little more streamlined and user friendly. Also attract more customers with an array of incentives for teachers, veterans, first responders, etc. Even small perks are always appreciated.
