Krista helped me reopen my membership with the credit union, in addition, she processed and approved both a Auto Loan and Credit Card Application on my behalf in less than an hour! Nothing but problems and people not knowing their own policies and this comes at your time and convenience. Hands down terrible will be closing account there. I do not recommend.
