Pioneer Bank, Luray, VA

This bank is a bunch of thieves!! They allowed my Aunt to steal my grandmother's money and refuses to even tell my grandmother how much was in her account or even let her take money out of her own account to pay her bills with. They even refused to work with Adult Protective Services when they became involved! No one will give us any info. My grandmother is an unbelievable 93 year old woman who is fully cognitive and can handle her own estate. Yet this bank refuses to work with her!! Does this sound like a bank who cares for their customers?!?!?
