Definitely hands down the best customer service I’ve ever received in any pawnshop in Lynchburg, it wasn’t “dry” or “forced” and only interested in talking to make a sell. It was only my second visit to the shop but my previous experience has made me a regular. I went in looking for my first rifle for an early Birthday day gift to myself, John and the Owner of the shop greeted us once we walked. John who is very knowledgeable, answered every question I had and educated me on some things so I was 100% comfortable before I made my purchase. He had great energy about himself and nothing was forced not even the sale. They have an awesome collection of rifles and firearms with deals that can’t be beat. Ask for John!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Went in the store today and again they were very polite. Very helpful. The store is always nice and clean. I recommend anyone to go in there anytime. They will work with you on pricing also. Highly recommended

We frequently stop in monthly, to talk with John in the gun department, always willing to share his knowledge on what they have to sell. I originally visited this place out of curiosity after moving close by. Their jewelry selection is amazing. Staff is very friendly & always willing to help. They also offer very fair pricing on jewelry loans. I highly recommend.

Best dam Pawnshop ever, very honest and very polite and knowledgeable to as well. Mimi was very very professional throughout the whole way through and very kind and has very nice smile..she needs a raise. Guys this is the best pawnshop ever you need to come here!!
