My loan was done in a timely manner and staff was polite and well trained.

The people there were very professional and easy to talk to and understand they explained everything very well

My husband and I were trying to get a loan at this branch and I called this morning told my situation, and was given hope went online applied got offers, well when the website didn't work I called the branch back this time I got Nicole the manager I have been managing for years my husband and I owned our own business and I have spoken to a customer as rude as that lady, she told me there was a loan offer online only to wait so many days and then it would be there however she told me they had no customer service number, so I looked online and oh there was the number called the customer service number where I git a very nice lady who was very helpful. And was sorry for the way I was spoke to I think the company is a good company however the lynchburg location was very unnecessarily RUDE!

Do not come here! Interest rates through the roof. On top of that they send threatening letters in the mail about lawsuits even if you communicate you’re going to be late or it’s your first time being late! No way you can pay online. Not even worth the stress. Never coming back here!

I am extremely pleased with staff at Mariner Finance. They are efficient, courteous, and very knowledgeable. They helped me secure a loan for much more than I was expecting. Thank you to the staff at Mariner. I give you an A plus!
