Always a wonderful experience at this branch. I live closer to others but well worth the drive to be treated with courteous service.

I absolutely hate this bank branch. This whole merger and closure of the Rivermont BB&T is completely inconvenient, and every time I visit this branch I wait in line for at least fifteen minutes. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. The tellers aren’t even at the window when you pull up after the car in front of you. They wander off to God knows where and make you wait an additional five minutes for no good reason. Staff issues? Incompetence? Poor management? I don’t know, but it’s enough to make me completely switch banks. Zero Stars if I could.

I love this bank. They are so personal with you. It is nice when someone remembers you. You hate feeling like you are just another account number. I've banked here for years.

Helpful staff but the ATM rarely works. Do not stop here if you’re in a hurry.

Very disappointed in the tellers professionalism, very rude, have quite the attitude, had been with bb&t for over 8 years the merger made this another big bank that doesn't care about it's customers.

I had a really difficult time with the branch manager at the Boonsboro location. I would recommend taking your business to another branch.
