The bank is great but it's almost impossible to get a notary done in any kind of reasonable time period the line of car stretches around the building for the drive-thru and no one is allowed in the lobby without an appointment. Very restrictive. :( Wait times in the drive thru are unacceptable. I literally don't have all day, I'm used to banks that are fast and efficient. This is not

Terrible customer service. We currently bank here for our business, and have had multiple bad experiences... Checks not being deposited and left under drawers for weeks, tellers miscounting our deposits, and most recently really terrible customer service in the drive through line, I believe the teller told me I was "being snippy" and "should just come inside" if I was going to need change for two 20's. All I was trying to do was make a deposit and get a small amount of change without having to tote my children in to the branch with me.

Customer service is terrible! Getting anything done at this bank is impossible. There is only two women at this branch that actually know what they are doing. Oh yes, I don't want to forget to mention how rude they are. This branch needs better management! My advice is go do your banking business elsewhere.
