I obtained a loan from this location five months ago. I got a "reminder" call on the payment due date for this month, which immediately irritated me because I was not, nor had I been late and I'm at work. I asked for my payoff amount so I could just close the account out, which I had already planned on doing, the payoff was $800 more than what I borrowed, not to mention the previous months I've already paid towards my principal. The response I got was, I included roadside assistance which was $450, something I was told was FREE when I signed my contract. Was clearly lied to. Then, I inquired about a referral fee I was owed since I referred someone there who obtained a loan there a week ago(regret it now). I was told the guy who did her paperwork was at lunch, never got a call back, but was told by the referred that Lendmark said it wasn't established when they signed paperwork even though it was. I'm not tripping over $100, it's the principal that you are scheming and lying to people. And they had the audacity to extend loan services to me in the future. No thank you.

It was a pleasure working with them. My fiancé and I worked with a gentleman named Coz and it was great! He was very attentive, always got back to me fast and he did his best to help us get approved for a loan. If you’re looking for a place to get a personal loan, I would highly recommend this company; they’re a dream to work with.

Terrible service super expensive interest bad experience I do not recommend it very bad service
