Due to an illness, I have been out of work for almost a week. Trying to contact someone in the office to make a payment arrangement and I am constantly getting voice mail and you never get a return call. Went through the same thing when I applied. This is not the way to run a business if you are making an attempt to make a payment - WOW!!! Deserving of ONE star.

I called yesterday, after waiting on hold for 20 min, I was told I would receive a call by the end of the day. I never heard from anyone, and it's been more than 24 hours. Today I waited on hold for 40 minutes only to be dumped into voice-mail. How do they stay in business?
