Definitely need to hire a new bank manager for the Marion, Va branch.She is so rude to the customers as well as employees. She has ran off some really good employees.

By far the best bank around. Great customer service, both local and main office. I have used HUB since their branch opened in Marion. Good drive thru hours.

Great bank. They have a great fraud department. If they think anything is going on funny with your bank account they put a block on your account until they find out from you. Would not bank anywhere else.

Money disappeares out of your account with no explanation. They do not have fee free overdraft. Charges are outrageous if you go even $.01 in the negative. App sucks. Definitely changing banks.

Basically I am Very satisfied with most of it the problem with this bank is they don't open on Saturday at all and a lot of times I need the bank open On Saturday

First community took over my local bank- completely changed everything. I can’t get in touch with anyone at my bank. Realllly disappointed and considering changing banks
