I am not sure who could give this bank any less than 5 stars. A lot of my people have retired and I miss them, but the new employees are also top notch. This bank does everything they can to help me and in a very friendly and efficient environment. I'm always greeted with a smile. Love this bank.

Won't let me close my account, but continue to charge an inactive account fee. Won't let me withdraw the remaining money in my account. Have been battling for 2 years to close this account but they refuse

I dislike this bank. I've been run off trying to conduct my banking bussiness by an employee right at closing time just so they could go up the street to meet at a restaurant. About a week later I was trying to straighten out some things and the same employee was very rude again so they called the police on me and I didn't even raise my voice. I mean they must not like me my name or being proven wrong about there bussiness or if they've cheated me out of some money. So I apply for a small loan and I got denied and I got the papers in the mail at a later date and I read that I wasn't suppose to have an account there. So I wouldn't give this bank 1 star. Very rude employee to worried about getting off to go eat and not taking care of their customers. Also no hours of bussiness on the door and the sign isn't lite up for bussiness either. Very dissapointed.

I love the tellers and online banking but I wished that I didn’t have to drive over an hour to deposit a check. There needs to be a service where I can do that remotely like other banks.

My mother has her S.S.I. Check sent there but she will be changing banks real soon. The rudeness of the Drive-Thru teller was very dismissive and short. She more less insulted my Mother it's the same as insulting any persons mother.
