I wish I could leave less than one star.
I’ve had this bank account my entire life even after relocating to another state. It’s virtually impossible to get anyone on the phone no matter the time of day. The website is ALWAYS down and malfunctioning; truly pathetic. When you do speak to someone they are always nice and helpful but getting to them isn’t worth it; I’m moving to Wells Fargo. Get it together ValleyStar!
*UPDATE: while you’re saying the website is up your employees are saying otherwise. You can’t use the option to externally transfer funds without the website taking you back to the “main page”; Logging in asks for a text code & the text code never comes. There is zero option to stay on hold when you call, it just hangs up. I have zero ways to access this account without making the trip to the bank itself. Absolutely ridiculous

The worst. Had an auto loan, always made payments with a check attached to their payment coupon. TWICE they didn't apply my payment; said the timing of the payment was too soon...what is the coupon for? First time it happened I called (took forever to talk to an employee) and as I was explaining the situation the lady told me to "be quiet." Second time I finally just gave them my checking account info and paid it off. If ZERO stars was a possible rating, they'd earn it

absolutely amazing place, the steaks were cooked perfectly and I loved their molten chocolate lava cake. Was not to pricey even though the clerks insisted I make payments on things like insurance and mortgages. The food was good but I'm not sure if I wanna pay those kinda bills for my food. Over all 10/10 though

Been with Entrust since 2001, when they sold out to Valley star we were promised that we would still receive the same customer service - NOT EVEN CLOSE. It is absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to talke to someone and if you finally do, they are not very courteous - very short and business-like.
But most of the time, good luck getting through.
I just spent all stinking morning trying to get hold of someone. Called multiple times because the recording said that they were too busy and to try again. When I was finally able to, at least get to their prerecorded programming, I was told I was #29 and, they would call back if I chose that option. Gave me a 62 minute time - it was almost 3 hrs!! Then, when the caller could only send me to another dept, after about 10 minutes on hold, the call was cut off!!
RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!! A 21 year customer!!! Got find a better option.

Valley Star seems unable to fulfill even the most basic of banking services. No one answers the phone - understandable at the height of the pandemic, but not so much now. Cards often don't work for no apparent reason. The worst banking experience I've ever had.

I worked with Ashley Martin on obtaining a car loan and had a short 24 hour widow in doing so in order to secure the vehicle I wanted to purchase. Ashley was quick to response and was able to approve and release the funds in the same day. All questions were answered. Also, the interest rate I was given was more than half that of other lenders. Highly recommended!

Katie worked on my application and when i say that she went over and above her job to look out for me and got my loan approved. I most definitely give this young lady a 5 star all across the board. What an awesome exceptional young lady to work with and talk to. So pleasant ValleyStar you most certainly have a jewel in your mist

I worked with Ashley Martin to get a loan for a used vehicle. Ashley was able to secure a much better rate than what the dealership offered. She was hyper-responsive to my emails and handled herself professionally and with confidence. I highly recommend using her in obtaining a loan.
