My experience with Regional Finance was remarkably great. Rachel was my CSR and she was outstanding. Rachel was knowledgeable, informative, prompt, and professional. The entire process was timely and easy. I would definitely recommend my friends and others to come here whenever they need some financial assistance. Regional Finance has been a good resource for me. I am happy.

A representative calls and states that I could get an additional loan and my payments would remain the same. I get there and the representative tells me my payment is $60 more and my interest rate almost would double. Very disappointing when I drove 30 mins to get here and being told false information. That is poor business practice all across the board. Don’t take advantage of people in need especially at this time in day. Having a business practice as such, has made my decision to not do business with this company as well as not recommend anyone to get assistance from Regional Finance. Go somewhere where honesty and integrity is apart of the core values

This place is awesome, the branch manager Brooke is great and so is her team. Shout out to Brooke, Rodasia,Rasha and Kourtney are great and they made me feel at home. Come and see them.
