Everyone that works here should be fired and replaced with people who actually care and show some kindness towards ALL customers, not just the ones who fit into a certain social class.

Excellent service and customer care. The only issue that I have with this particular Suntrust is that it is such a rarity for ANY of the employees to smile or show any genuine kindness. I dunno, maybe it'll change back to the way they were in only 2-3 years ago.

If i could give zero stars i would. The women are always very rude and have something mouthy to say. They miss count money all the time. Always saying I can't get coins in the drive threw. Well I asked the same thing at farmers and merchants and they are always so nice and accommodating and said of coarse we can do that. We would be happy to help. This is why I will never bank at truist. F and M make you feel welcome. If I didn't have to make deposits for my boss i would avoid this bank and the hateful attitudes. Do yourself a favor and bank at Farmers and merchants.
