They are pretty decent, but dont be late with your payment past your due date they dont even honor the grace period. I understand that the payment will be due one certain day not please be advised there is a grace period and they need to honor and respect that after 7 days there is a late payment fee. Dont harass people over a payment especially when you've called and playing like you were told a different date honey i work in the car business let's not try these games. Completely would have went for a totally different finance company if I wasn't in a rush to get another car. First and last time getting a loan through these people.

An absolute nightmare to work with. changed the account the automatic payments were coming out of in advance. They did not put it into the system correctly therefore skipping a month and accruing interest instead. A mistake they said was their fault but refused to correct it costing me additional interest out of pocket also branch manager is very rude while staff is actually trying to help. Went to pay off loan in full and the manager refused to give my dealer the payoff amount and gave me grief and kept asking how i was going to do it before she would give myself the amount.

This is the best place you will find for a loan. They work with you and go to the moon and back to keep you supported in so happy I have this company to help. Pandemic hurt a lot of people the understand and went to war to make sure I kept my car and finances up. Thank you lendmark

I have been dealing with marquis and last week he stated he would call me Friday and let me know if the outcome and that me and my husband needed to come in Monday and sign documents so didn’t hear Anything from him all day Friday I called Friday at 6 and realized they were closed, called again Monday there was no answer I left a voicemail again nobody called me back had my husband call and he spoke with him more apparently the applications have not been submitted off or anything so I contacted the branch again Amore answered and I asked her did we still need to come in to sign the documents and she said no as I just told your husband we have to get approval first and I said OK wonderful and literally as I’m speaking she hung up on me will never deal with this branch again so absolutely disgusted with the poor customer service, lack of communication and the disrespect from Miss amour

Been paying the same loan for 10 years. Only borrowed $4500, refinance for what they call a Skip a payment and after 10 years they say I still owe them $7000.... These people are loan sharks!!! I have paid back 4 times what I borrowed. In garnishment now, because I have no idea why I owe them anything!
