Ms.Floyd and Ebony we’re life savers. Crunch time early morning needing to cash my check the weekend after a holiday not only did they assist me, got my new acct opened ready to go. Walked in feeling defeated but walked out in a way better mood. Talk about above and beyond getting verifications and getting my debit card loaded with my funds. Praise walk

Ebony was amazing! She was so informative about the Porte card and even got me to signup. She’s super pleasant & professional!!! Really patient. I had a lot of questions and she was able to answer all of them for me. She was great! 10/10

Ms Floyd was a wonderful!! I came in to cash my check since my job doesn’t want to give direct deposit lol but she was very patient with me and understanding even when I held up her line for my money orders. She was super genuine and I’d give her customer service a 10/10.

Chaniece was SO AWESOME! She was patient, informative and kind. I would come back and do business with them again JUST based on her excellent customer service. Any organization that has her on staff is lucky- but not as lucky as the customers who get to deal with her. My transaction was smooth and i left very happy. Kudos to Chanice!

Mrs Floyd & her Team makes u feel very welcomed they're always smiling and very understanding. I only go to Ace on Tidewater Drive I had some bad experiences at the other Ace's. I love the energy I receives from Mrs. Floyd and her team. They keeps me coming back.
