We did a personal loan through them and it was quick and easy. We applied and had our money the same day. The gentlemen we work with Eric was awesome! He worked with us and he was friendly! We are thinking about doing our Auto loan with them!

My experience with this company was great. It was pretty much a two-day run around but that's only cuz I couldn't get there the same day. The only reason why I gave it for Stars is cuz the interest rate is extremely high.. Katina is the one that I dealt with.. she was very nice professional and took her time explaining everything to me. I was almost having second thoughts about getting the loan because I've read so many bad reviews about this company but I figured as long as I pay them on time I shouldn't have a problem so I went on the head with it. I was pretty shocked because I was kind of expecting the worst

Dealt with someone named Evelyn! Blew up my phone for a week then when I responded about accepting the loan she did not answer the phone. Called literally all week and left messages she blew me off and we did not receive a call back. When she finally answered, she couldn’t tell me herself but had someone else tell me it was too late to do my loan cause it’s been 20 days. Very unprofessional would not recommend. For anyone looking for a car loan though I do recommend DriveTime, they helped me get set up within a day 😊
