absolute god awful service. can’t do anything besides give you bad news on your application and if you need to make changes or anything they refuse too even help you and would rather keep huffing paint. would not recommend getting a loan from these people even if you’re active duty military. They just make it harder. i sincerely hope this branch goes out of business.

the overall experience was fine, but the entire thing was done under false pretenses. my partner was contacted and told that he was approved for a loan, and that he needed to come to the office and fill out paperwork. he had the available time, so he took a half-day at work, and we rearranged our afternoon plans. but when he arrived and filled out said paperwork, was told that, "oops, our mistake, you don't actually qualify, lol sorry!" obviously frustrated with the situation, having wasted the better part of his afternoon, my partner asked the lady to walk him through why he had been declined, despite having already been told he was approved. she then had the nerve to catch an attitude with him, speaking in a very rude tone, as if she was annoyed that she had to waste her own time! appalling.
