My experience was awesome. The staff did everything they could to get me the most for my loan. The help, phone calls and emails were absolutely great. I wish every business had teams like the one that worked with me. They are absolutely great and very professional. Thank you

Mrs. Jackson is incredible! She made this experience smooth and quick. She has amazing customer service skills and she made sure I had everything that I needed fast.

When i first started with them it was wonderful then when management changed it got horrible. When i would call regarding account i always got different stories from different employees and the manager Amanda is very unfriendly and can be rude. I have had nothing but bad experience since April left. When April was there she was always friendly, helpful and made it an easy experience and helped you if you ever needed an increase on loan but now it seems impossible to get loan increase, same story and friendliness.

Such horrible customer service. I applied for a loan online, never received any follow up information. I finally called this location and the man I spoke to was extremely unprofessional. He kept saying "naaa what I'm sayin?" that is not how professionals speak, it's not how anyone should speak. When he asked me where I lived he made a comment about the neighborhood I live in. He needs to be fired. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere and I suggest that everyone else should do the same.
