Ms. Angela is AMAZING! She was extremely knowledgeable, and patient during my recent visit. Her customer skills are superb, and are the epitome of what NEEDS to be delivered at all times. I can truly say that she turned what started off as a bad day into something great for me. You don't encounter too many people like her in today's time. I WILL BE RETURNING to do more business at this location because of her!

I love when I go into the Ace Check Cashing on Portsmouth Blvd. Ms Delene always be in good spirits with her customers. Her personality is out of this world. When it comes to customer service she is the queen. I would recommend her to be the manager for that branch. She gets 10 stars from me

When I walked in Ace I was kinda down but Mrs Sylvia greeting me with awesome welcome her customer service skills is top notch she’s amazing

Delene and Jillian, upon speaking to these young ladies they were both so humbled about the way they took care of my mother and I. Their customer service was absolutely immaculate and because of them I will be sending other's to them to take care of ant of their business. I'm so thankful to have had them as my customers reps.
