Went online to apply was approved for a 2600 dollar unsecured loan through the wytheville office the loan was to fix our car pounding mill was the closest office wytheville sent the paperwork to them we took a chance going there our car won't go over 40 mph due to a bad axel took us 1 hour to go 18 miles we got there and they freaked out because we use a p.o. box to receive our mail but our light water and rent receipt and bills had our physical address on them now this was an unsecured loan I was already approved for. I explained to the office in wytheville and pounding mill the reason I use a PO box we live in a trailer park with 21 trailers and everybody uses the same mail box and a lot of things get stolen but these people in pounding mill didn't have sense enough to understand that they kept asking about the car which was not even involved in the loan deal I was just supposed to take the papers our id's sign the loan agreement and get the check we was there 1 and a half hours for both in cause they kept asking for everything except the car title which was not part of the deal at all they act awful shady to me but I will. Be filing a complaint with the home office on them if you need a loan go to wytheville. If zoomcash here in tazewell was still open I would have just went there I never had a problem with them or check into cash in Bluefield when I needed money in an emergency. I may file false advertising charges with the Bibb because I was approved for the loan. As paranoid as they acted they may be doing something shady they're not worth wasting time with
