This pawn shop is extremely fair. They will do the best they can to get you cash for your item. Many frustrations with pawn shops is the lack of understanding value. The bottom line is, they have to make a profit. I firmly believe, 1st pawn in Radford VA, will help you get some cash. Just remember, you don't have to sell it to them. Pawn it. Get some cash, and keep on rolling. These people really try hard to help. Of that, I am certain.

I only been at this place twice and recently I've pawned two items and went to retrieve them today and the shop was closed over the Christmas holiday, and I was charged for not making a payment on time but how are you supposed to make a payment when the shop is closed doesn't make much sense I highly wouldn't recommend pawning your items to get scammed. Nobody said anything when I mentioned they were closed, beware of you shop there.

This is a bad pawn shop. The guy trys to low ball you on goods you try and sell. Been there 3 times with stereo equipment and been offered less or told were not valued. went to bargain pawn and had no problems. Shop and sell elsewhere!!!

So they have a sign on the door. Masks required. No exceptions. We will even sell you one for a dollar. Sure, that's fine. All the customers are wearing them. Except the employee, a woman at the cash register is not. So.....whats the point? She was then walking around without it, yelling at a coworker, who he did have one on. What is the point even? Making everyone wear it but the employee doesn't care enough about the customers to wear one. I left and doubt I will be back. Place has went way downhill since the new owners.

Do not loan your stuff here. Firstly they offered me $25 for a Xbox 360 with 2 Microsoft controllers, all cords, and 4 games. The 2 controllers were worth $10 a piece alone. The young bigger man prices things based on how he feels they are worth, not the market value. And to finish they wrapped my Xbox so tight it cracked one of my game cases..there was no reason to wrap it that tight. I've been going here for years but will never be back

First trip there explained I was new to silver and was sold fake silver eagles and then when called on it I was givin two twenty gram silver coins when the eagles was a oz and now there worker Dana that sold It to me treats me horribly because I called her on it. Absolutely horrible. Staff was incredibly rude and disrespectful. Completely unprofessional. Would never do any business with them I under any circumstances
