I really like the people who work at Truliant. They are very sweet and helpful. The ladies know who I am coming through the door. The two things that I don't like which the staff aren't responsible for is that there isn't a number that you can call the bank directly. You have to call the call center and put in the bank credentials then be transferred to the bank. Also, Truliant isn't open on Saturdays.

They know what I need and how to take care of me when I need it these people are more friendly than any other bank that I have associated with associated with Union Bank in Dublin for a while couple years and I had to keep on getting new cards because I kept on having issues with my card with their account saying that everybody else or somebody was trying to use my card for something and it wasn’t I had to order 10 cards from union bank and then I keep a dollar in there to keep it active and then I go back there a couple of months to go cash a check and they close down my account true line they’re nice polite they know how to help you in the most best way possible I got a loan through these people extremely respectful with my hours with my job 10 out of 10 I deafly would recommend having a bank account with these people my grandfather has had a bank account with these people for about 30 years The only thing I don’t like about it is the location I live in Dublin and I have to travel all way to Radford but when I get down there it’s worth it the only problem I have is the ATM across the street you can never get out of that intersection other than that these people know what they’re doing and have amazing customer service I love this bank more than I do Wells Fargo and Union Bank

Every time I have gone to Truliant I have had to do something atypical, like connect to my Credit Union at home, deposit to my kid's account etc. and EVERY time the people at the counter have been incredibly friendly and helpful. My ONLY complaint is there isn't a location in Blacksburg! Else I'd transfer every one of my accounts and loans to Truliant.

I've been banking with this bank for 6 years now and they are super helpful and always so polite. I recommend them to everyone I get a chance to that has problems with other banks. I hope they never leave. Thank guys for all the services and help over the years. I look forward to many more.

My husband had a stroke and they have done everything they can to stop our credit cards, deny insurance payments for vehicles, not allowing us to withdraw cash from our checking account, not using credit for overcharges when it was only 11 cents but goes up to $7000. Things got worse after I opened another account and quit depositing money in Truliant except for my 2 monthly bills.I generally deposited $600 to $800 a month. I contacted them many times. My husband contacted them also. they refused to give us a copy of our vehicle loan papers. Ours were stolen. For whatever their reasoning, they had to call to terrorize us!

Truliant Fed. Credit Union is an ideal place for all your banking needs. All team members at this location are very kind and generous. 10/10 experience.

The Radford/Fairlawn office have made banking an easy and pleasant experience for me for almost 20 years. That's an impressive record for consistently providing exceptional service!
