Upon walking in. The establishment was very clean and welcoming. As soon as I walked in , Cherise greeted me with a very pleasant attitude. Cherise asked how I was doing and answered all of my concerns. I was very satisfied with her customer service. I wish all business had employees with this type of attitude. Because of , Cherise I will differently continue doing business with ACE CASH EXPRESS. I would recommend some type acknowledgment for this kind women. Thanks for a wonderful experience Cherise. Website states that VA does not offer ONLINE loan applications, but does offer loans. company has not updated google gps, so I was originally sent to a closed down location, I get to the correct locs to be told they don’t offer ANY loans. While informing the lady at the counter of the site giving incorrect info she proceeded to talk OVER me. 0 out of 5 stars. And would never Recommend to anyone.
