Elizabeth is really outstanding. She went above and beyond to help me with paper work needed and everything to get a loan. Wish I knew about this place a long time ago! Great people.

I called in to find out if I had a balance. Before the lady put me on hold she said why they keep calling. The other lady in the back ground said who and she said people. I work in customer service they lost my business at this location.

I went to this Check City location because it was on my way home. The first time, I went there because I needed to cash two large checks (over $4,000), I didn't have a bank account and I needed the money immediately to pay overdue bills. I was panicking about losing electricity, my cell phone, being kicked out of my home. The people at this location were AWESOME!!! They were knowledgeable, they took the time to make sure I had everything I needed, including a MasterCard debit card to pay bills online, to buy grocercies, etc. They even made sure that the debit card had the lowest fees in Richmond for depositing money. They were PATIENT, KIND and HONEST. THESE PEOPLE ARE THE BEST!!! I wouldn't go anywhere else for check cashing services, especially to cash and deposit large checks (over $5,000). Thank you Check City employees at the 6001 W. Broad location. You were, and still are, the best in the business. YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!!!

I have been dealing with this location for the last few years and I have never been disappointed with the service. The staff is friendly and always has a smile for each customer. I will continue to use this location in the future.
