Would rather give a 3.5 but not quite a 4 star review. The company itself isn't that bad. As long as you pay your full bill on time, it really not that bad. The negative reviews you see are most likely people who aren't responsible with their account. The late fee I believe is like $15. Now the staff is another story. They people they have recently hired aren't really all that. Rude and under trained

The worst customer service ever. Their systems are always down and even if you are late a day is your fault because their systems are always down. So expect to pay over a hundred fifty to $200 extra on your late payment because of your bill being late because of their systems being down. The worst excuse is we tried to call you that's not our fault. But your system was down. Messi boots!!!

This is one of the not professional places to obtain a loan. They lie to you when they ask you the paperwork. I called two times to ask the requirements to apply for a loan, when I was there they ask me for more information additional. They told you that they do not run your social but is not true they check your credit. The person who work here is not professional and lie to the clients. Do not come to this place never, you will waste your time.
