While the staff is very friendly the service and interest is not at 35%. I went through here before and paid off a loan making same amount that I make now... And now they tell me I don't make enough monthly and that my house i am renting i need to provide paperwork on it.. I am renting it to a friend to help him and trying to consolidate debt but there's nothing they can do.. very disappointed that now I ran my credit for no reason and went through weeks of trying to get ahold of them.

I read the reviews and proceeded to do business with them anyway. Poor communication, takes way too long to receive a callback or get any type of update. I would not recommend.

Careful financing with LendMark. They charge all the interest up front and then repay you unearned interest after you pay off your balance. That translates into you have to front the cash to pay them money they didn't earn before they turn around and cut you a refund check at their leisure. That is already shady enough that I will avoid them in the future, but to make maters worse, they follow the rule of 78 instead of simple interest. That is just a financing scheme to get most of the interest charges up front to squeeze every penny they can out of people that like to pay off loans early. If I had seen the full terms and not just the APR, I would have never agreed to use my contractor's financing option (LendMark).

Stop sending me mail. I never asked for it.

I needed to borrow some money I already had a loan with them. And they harass me call me in the beginning of the month about the payment every month I go through this. They knew how much money I had coming in every month and they knew that I had a car payment and their loan payment and that's it, they did a hard pull on my credit knowing that they weren't going to approve the loan from the beginning I'll never get a loan with Landmark Financial again they're just a bunch of crooks!
