I just got out of the hospital tonight on Sept 21, 2021. Been in the hospital for 2 weeks. Do to the delta variance! And i had a lady from this branch leave me a very negative hateful voicemail!!! And it was some what very discriminatory and racist towards my situation!!! And i dont deserve that kinda of trearment and smart remark!!!!!! No customer should have to be treated are Talked down to like this!!! She haves no business being in a customer service position!!! She should be fired are suspended!!! Worst communication and customer service ever!!!!! Robert Monteith Again i have had the lady call me me from tbis branch and once again and leave a rude hateful and discriminatory and racist voicemail! And i am tired of this stuff! Again if you dont my accountto in time i am going to report you to the BBB and your corporate office as well as move forward on the 500,000 discriminatory and racist/haressment lawsui!!! Again this no joke are no game!!! Fix this asap!!!! Again no joke!!!! This branch in Roanoke va. Are very dishonest untrustworthy and shady business procedures and practices are very corrupt and shady!!!! I have reported them to them to 2 top companies which oversee tbe banking system. 1. To the OCC The Office of the Comptroller of Currency. And 2. The FDIC. for their dishonest untrustworthy and shady business procedures and practices!!!!!! Stay very very far away from this company and their very dishonest and shady business procedures and practices!!!!!!! This Roaonke va branch is very very corrupt but the corporate off in GA is more corrupt snd dishonest then tbe branches!!!! They are 10× times more dishonest discriminatory and racist at the corporate level!!!! Not only they allow the braches to use bullying and threating tactics on voice mails they allow them to use discriminatory and racist tactics to uphold their policies!!!!!

Im giving 5 stars so it will be seen.actually 0 stars,when i got my loan from them they promised me that i could pay online which worked for like 6 months now i cant access the online bill pay and have to go to the branch which is RIDICULOUS! I work 3rd shift so they are always closed when im up so now its HIGHLY INCONVENIENT!!!and no matter how many times i tell them i work late nights they still blow my phone up during the time im trying to sleep.as soon as i get my taxes back im paying it off and having them DELETE my info. Very shady business and poor customer service.they really do not care about their clients.i DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I have collaborated with Lendmark a few times for auto loans and they haven't disappointed me yet. Great customer service out of the Roanoke, Virginia branch.

I never dealt with this company but I was going to give them a try until I read the Review from the Person named Bobbi. So I think I will keep searching. I always like to check out the reviews first before Applying to companies.
