I want to thank Barry for making it so easy to get my loan. He was so nice and helpful. I called one day and went in the next morning and it only took less than 30 minutes to get my money. Everyone in the office spoke to me and made me feel welcome. I will surely recommend ONEMAIN to family and friends

I applied for a loan and it said I was approved pending vericication and I had to come in to their office in Roanoke so I declined and found a better loan! They keep trying to call so I have blocked their number and today they did a hard inquiry on my credit report causing it to drop 20 points! Apparently scammers you don't want to do business with!! It says on their website it wouldn't affect your credit and then they do that!! Sorry excuse for a company, my request didn't go unfulfilled! You embiciles were mad because I didn't take it and did a hard inquiry

Horrible interest rates. In hindsight they were robbing me blind at 27 percent interest on a car loan but thanks anyways one main. Look elsewhere first

I spoke with malinda over the phone and she has an AWESOME personality and she really does everything she can to help. She answered all of my questions and helped me A LOT. Because of her I will definitely recommend this company to anyone!!!!

Staff is very friendly but they are a bunch of crooks! I've been paying on my account for years and my pay off is just as much as the amount I originally borrowed. Make it make sense!!! I do not recommend them at all! Go somewhere else if you can!!!!

My experience exceeded all expectations. Sasha, my service provider was thorough with detailed information and was very friendly and professional answering all my questions and assured me service would continue beyond loan agreement.

This is the second loan I've taken with OneMain Financial and the team was much more responsive than with the original loan. I had to go into the office this time instead of performing tasks over the phone like last time. I accidentally arrived at the appointment thirty minutes early. I was not able to wait for the additional thirty minutes and Erica was very rude about it. I didn't have a problem with rescheduling my appointment and expressed my willingness to do so, but she was rude and put off by my coming in early. I keep getting incorrect email messages indicating that I have made my final loan payment.
