My go to for financial needs. I have used Melissa at the North Roanoke branch specifically and she is always extremely responsive, and gets loans that I request done with a quick turnaround. Pair that with RVCCU always having the best rates there’s no reason to look anywhere else.

RVCC is an excellent bank. The ladies at the Hollins branch are very friendly and helpful. I know that when I go there they will greet me with a smile. They are always willing to help in anyway they can. When you stay with a bank for over 20 years they must be doing something right! Thank you for all you do.

Melissa has been such a great resource for me. She has helped me with several loans. She is very knowledgeable , courteous and has always been quick to respond. I bought a vehicle a couple days ago and it was literally a couple hours and I was driving my new car home! I wouldn't go to anyone else! She is definitely a gem! Thank you Melissa!

Went in to apply for an auto loan and had Melissa help me. Not only is she a wealth of knowledge, she was kind, courteous and helped make the process super quick and easy. Had everything squared away in less than 24 hours too! Definitely recommend this branch and if you can work with Melissa, you're in good hands!
